Focus on carbon equipment
The workflow of betel nut shell charcoal machine mainly involves raw material processing, pressing, drying, carbonization and other links. In these links, there are many details that need to be paid attention to to ensure the smooth progress of the production process and the high quality of the product. The following are some key details to note:

1. Raw material processing
Raw material selection and preparation:
Choose betel nut shells with appropriate dryness as raw materials, and avoid using raw materials with too high humidity to avoid affecting the pressing effect and the quality of the finished product.
The raw materials should be preliminarily screened to remove impurities and large pieces of unbreakable objects to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processing.
Cutting or crushing:
Use a crusher to cut or crush the betel nut shell to the specified particle size length. This step is crucial for subsequent pressing and molding. Too large or too small particles may affect the molding effect.
2. Pressing and molding
Uniform feeding:
Use a feeder (such as a belt conveyor) or manually to evenly feed the processed betel nut shell raw materials into the upper feed port of the molding machine.
Ensure that the feeding amount is moderate to avoid too much or too little resulting in poor pressing effect.
Pressing and molding:
The molding machine presses the raw materials into shape under high temperature and high pressure. During this process, attention should be paid to adjusting the pressure and temperature of the molding machine to ensure that the pressed charcoal sticks have stable quality and uniform density.
3. Carbonization
Operation of carbonization furnace:
The dried charcoal sticks are sent to the carbonization furnace for carbonization. The temperature and ventilation conditions in the furnace should be controlled during the carbonization process to ensure that the charcoal sticks can be carbonized evenly.
Cooling and collection:
After carbonization, the charcoal sticks are cooled. The cooled charcoal is the finished product and should be collected and properly stored in time.
