The working principle of activated carbon carbonization furnace is based on the dry distillation carbonization process. In the carbonization process, the raw materials are heated to a high temperature under air-tight conditions, and undergo a series of complex chemical reactions, such as pyrolysis, polycondensation, etc., to eventually generate solid carbon, gas and liquid products. Among them, solid carbon is the main component of activated carbon.
