Focus on carbon equipment
At present, the supporting heat sources of carbonization machines are: gas heat source, steam heat source, and gas heat source. The following is a detailed introduction to the three heat sources.
1. Gas heat source
Advantages:
The heating speed is fast, which can quickly increase the internal temperature of the carbonization machine and shorten the production cycle.
High combustion efficiency, can provide relatively stable heat output.
The gas supply is relatively convenient, and can be transported through pipelines or stored in tanks, suitable for production sites of different sizes.
It is easy to control the temperature and can be precisely adjusted according to the requirements of the carbonization process.
Disadvantages:
The cost is relatively high, especially in areas where gas prices fluctuate greatly.
There are certain requirements for gas quality, and too many impurities may affect the combustion effect and equipment life.
There are certain safety risks, and it is necessary to strictly abide by the gas use specifications and equip corresponding safety facilities.
2. Steam heat source
Advantages:
Steam has a high heat capacity and can provide relatively stable heat.
Steam can be provided by industrial waste heat or centralized heating system to reduce energy costs.
Relatively safe, not prone to dangerous situations such as explosions.
Less pollution to the environment, in line with environmental protection requirements.
Disadvantages:
It needs to be equipped with a steam generator or connected to an external steam supply system, which increases equipment investment and installation costs.
The temperature and pressure of steam are limited by the supply system and may not meet the requirements of certain high-temperature carbonization processes.
The laying and maintenance of steam pipes require certain technical and cost investment.
3. Biomass gas heat source
Advantages:
Biomass gas is a renewable energy source with a wide range of sources, such as crop straw, wood waste, etc., which reduces dependence on traditional fossil energy.
The cost is relatively low, especially in areas with rich biomass resources.
The products after combustion are mainly carbon dioxide and water, which have less pollution to the environment.
It can achieve comprehensive utilization of resources and improve economic benefits.
Disadvantages:
The calorific value of biomass gas is relatively low, and a large supply is required to meet the heat demand of the carbonization machine.
The production and supply of biomass gas may be affected by factors such as season and region, and its stability needs to be improved.
The purification and treatment of biomass gas requires certain technical and equipment support to ensure combustion effect and equipment safety.
When selecting the supporting heat source for the carbonization machine, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as production demand, cost, environmental protection requirements, and energy supply stability to determine the most suitable heat source solution. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the installation, commissioning and maintenance of heat source equipment to ensure the normal operation and safe production of the carbonization machine.
