The working principle of coconut shell carbonization machine is to utilize the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen, etc. generated by the incomplete combustion of biomass raw materials (such as coconut shells) during the carbonization process, and separate impurities such as wood tar and wood acetic acid through the flue gas separation device to obtain pure combustible gas. These combustible gases enter the self-matching burner through the induced draft fan for full combustion, and heat the main engine cylinder (the temperature is generally controlled at around 600℃). After heating to a certain temperature, the material can be fed for carbonization. When the carbonized raw materials generate self-smoke and burn sufficiently, gradually close the gasifier and open the flue gas valve of the carbonization main engine to achieve self-sufficiency of combustible gas in the carbonization process.
