Peanut processing plants generate massive amounts of peanut shells after kernel extraction. Due to their light weight and high fiber content, these shells were previously mostly dumped or burned on-site, posing fire hazards and increasing waste disposal costs for processing companies. Dingli Group's integrated charcoal rod production line transforms this often-overlooked agricultural byproduct into a marketable, environmentally friendly fuel.
This production line integrates feeding, continuous drum carbonization, cooling, crushing, and briquetting processes into a highly efficient assembly line. Finely crushed peanut shells are fed into a sealed, oxygen-limited reactor; the optimized drum speed design effectively avoids common problems with lightweight shell waste such as material floating and uneven pyrolysis, ensuring stable and continuous production.

The carbonized peanut shell charcoal has moderate ash content and stable calorific value. The extruded charcoal rods are suitable for local industrial heating and can also be exported as packaged barbecue fuel. The wear-resistant internal component design extends the equipment's service life under long-term continuous operation.
Dingli Group is committed to promoting the low-carbon transformation of the solid fuel industry, fostering the development of a circular economy, and contributing practical Chinese technological solutions to the global resource utilization of agricultural waste.
