The biomass sawdust rotary dryer mainly consists of a heating device, feeding device, conveying device, discharging device, dust removal device, and other connecting components. During installation, the rotary drum dryer should be kept slightly tilted, with the discharge end slightly lower than the feed end, to allow gravity to transport the material through the dryer. After the material enters the rotary drum, as the drum rotates, a series of internal lifting plates attached to the inner wall of the drum lift the material upwards. When the material is lifted to a certain height and rolls off the lifting plates, it falls back to the bottom of the drum; during this descent, the material flows through the hot airflow, thus achieving the drying effect. The sawdust is thoroughly dried inside the rotary drum and undergoes another separation process before entering the subsequent conveying pipeline for further drying. The baffle device effectively prevents impurities from entering the conveying pipeline, thereby ensuring the high quality of the dried sawdust.
