Anhui Sawdust Drying and Carbonization Project Successfully Put into Production
An integrated sawdust drying and carbonization production line in Anhui, China, was successfully installed and put into operation. The project provides an efficient solution for converting sawdust and other forestry biomass residues into valuable charcoal and biochar products.
The raw materials mainly include sawdust and other wood-processing residues. Before carbonization, the biomass is prepared through crushing and drying to achieve suitable feeding conditions. The dried material is then continuously transported into the carbonization system, where it undergoes controlled thermal treatment in an oxygen-limited environment to produce carbon-rich biomass charcoal. The complete production line can include feeding, crushing, drying, carbonization, cooling and discharging systems, with each section designed to work together as an integrated processing solution. The finished sawdust charcoal can be further processed according to the customer's application requirements.
